December 10, 2023 - Cherries and soft spices on the nose. Delicate on the palate with red fruits, baking spices, and some tertiaries starting to come through but tasted surprisingly youthful still. Powerful finish which somewhat belied the initial delicacy. Lovely.
Better than the last bottle - benefited from a couple extra years in the cellar.

October 27, 2023 - Hubert Lamy tasting (Utregs Wijnhuis, Utrecht, NL): Much more classical in style than the 2017, elegant and precise but still firm and structured, pretty tannic, relatively dry finish, needs time.

February 15, 2022 - This bottle came across as very ripe and fleshy, lots of black cherries and (plums ?). Solid QPR for a good wine, that I've liked more on other occasions. Not sure if this is bottle variation.

May 10, 2019 - cherry and hints of crisp, fresh strawberry. really really good stuff here, especially for the price point.

December 19, 2018 - Ripe red cherry, black tea, underbrush, cigar box. Fresh and fruity with high acidity and a sour cherry attack that becomes frutier in the mid. Dried herbs and hints of wood on the armonious finish.
