November 9, 2018 - Oxidized. My fault for keeping it this long.

May 13, 2012 - Getting up there but still fairly pale yellow with nose of apricot, white peach and maybe a slight touch of white smoke. Smooth and almost creamy followed by a little citrus acidity and a hint of petrol. Typical Alsatian tartness develops after open for a little while recalling it's youthful style.

February 27, 2012 - - Yellow color and aromas of raisin. It's balanced and has flavours of apple, honey, dusty and sherry with a light/medium body. Polished texture with a short finish.

July 10, 2010 - Regular yellow label Trimbach comes through yet again. This is still spritely and delineated with some smokiness and plenty of character.

December 15, 2009 - Slightly lanolic and fuzzy at first. Sharpened up, apple fresh and body.
