Somewhat angular, and missing the integration that great bottles of this can have. Have to think this was in a bit a bit of a weird spot tonight, as I've very much enjoyed other bottles of this in the past. But of course, Krug is Krug.

November 18, 2023 - Brought by Brian. From magnum. Nice yeasty/brioche aromas, ripe and tart apples, minerals and herbs. Palate w tart apples, some baked apples, mild nuts, herbs, and nice minerals. Nice elegant finish of fruit, brioche, minerals, and nuts. Just beginning to take on aged characteristics that add complexity to an already lovely wine. The aromas are better than the palate right now. I think it just needs some more time for everything to harmonize. But it's still freakin' delicious. 93+

August 17, 2023 - Krug masterclass with Manuel Reman, President Krug (Pall Mall 67 SG): med gold in colour, notes of caramel, toffee, asparagus, some mushroom. Dense on the palate with 1 dimension in aromas. In prefect drinking condition but rather simple.
