Community Tasting Notes 3

June 1, 2020 - another lovely showing, very similar to the prior bottle, although this was drinking well, was not in danger of dying anytime soon.

February 2, 2020 - Pale translucent Pinot, with a dark strawberry and light cherry colour. Nose is also light and fragrant with strawberry and light cherry fruit, some green stemmy hints. Palate is light bodied, again dark strawberry and light cherry with a decent amount of stemmy tannins and cherry/currant acidity. Very nice actually, has a sweet core of fruit to balance the tannins and acidity, worked great with food, but is also pretty darn tasty without.

December 23, 2017 - Cherry, black currant, nose of cranberry, citrus no tennis. Huckleberries.
