Community Tasting Notes 1

November 22, 2017 - Retailer Tasting. The wine was very light in colour and had a limited nose of shy citrus and green apple aromas as well as a distinct gummy bear note. On the palate, the wine left no doubt that it is from Burgundy with its chalky minerality and citrus notes, astringent acidity and good length of the mildly flinty finish. Moderate complexity. This fresh, astringent, light- to medium-bodied wine should pair well with white fish and shell fish. 87+
