  June 25, 2018 - Pale onion to salmon colour.
  Nose: Fruity nose with red berries, watermelon, red plums, hint of smoke. There are elements of Pinot Gris on the nose. (85p)
  Taste: Fruity. Although the wine feels medium light bodied, it is very nicely structured with plenty of refreshing acidity (still), a slight tannic grip and a slight fruit stone bitterness (plum or peach stone) in the aftertaste. Immediately after opening it is slightly effervescent but this fades away after a while. (86p)
  Total score 85 points
  Worked a treat with cured leg of mutton and hummus.
  Should drink well until at least 2020. Will probably keep until at least 2025 but then loose fruitiness while losing less acidity, probably becoming less balanced in the process.
