May 9, 2023 - Brilliant light amber. Fully mature nose displaying sweet slightly dry yellow fruit, dry peach, apricot, orange marmalade, tea, light caramel, honey, sweet and spicy spices and mineral. There is a hint of petrol but not overwhelming. Excellent concentration, layers upon layers of sweet yellow fruit, rich and slightly sweet but also airy and fluid, bright acidity, limestone mineral, and a long sweet yellow fruit driven finish. It is a unique expression of Riesling. IMO, some of the GGs will age similarly with time, i.e. gains complexity but loses energy and purity.

December 31, 2020 - Orange flavors & botrytis dominate here, still hanging on but not forever.

November 24, 2019 - Fully matured. Petroleum, honey, almonds, botrytis. Really, really good right now!

    November 23, 2019 - Orangegul färg

honung, apelsin, aprikos, bränt socker, lite botrytistoner

Rund, tämligen söt, fet, bra längd, lite krutigt eller reduktivt i avslutet, fortfarande en viss syra

Jäkligt bra och roligt vin. Jag borde köpa mer från Alsace.

(Zind-Humbrecht Riesling Brand Vendange Tardive) From magnum - light golden color; lovely petrol, floral and essence of grapefruit nose; great, ripe stone fruit, tart peach and grapefruit palate with depth and loads of minerality; long finish 97+ pts.
