On nose: faint petrol and earth...nothing more.
On palate: bitter melon and soft vegetal notes with overripe apple and surprisingly low acidity ....Beyer can do so much better ...disappointing. -

June 11, 2017 - Tasting at Léon Beyer, Eguisheim: From 75cl in LB tasting room, Eguisheim. Quince, lemon and green apple. Light to medium bodied, very lively and surprisingly "fruité" for Beyer, also absolutely no hint of oak. Very attractive and a fine value at 12,90 EUR. 87P

January 29, 2017 - Toujours une valeur sûre, ce 2015 offre une belle droiture. C'est totalement sec en bouche avec une acidité vive, mais plaisante. Bien parfumé avec des notes de conifère, de zeste de citron, sans trace d'hydrocarbure. Un très bon achat!
