Community Tasting Notes 2

January 19, 2021 - This very pale straw-colored while smells like orange, cantaloupe, and lychee. At first, it tasted like lemons and oranges but finished with sweet cantaloupe and limeade. There is a bit of stoniness and honeysuckle, too. Although this is a very sweet wine, the bright citrus tones and the light body and tiny bubbles create a very light, refreshing wine that makes me want to save a few bottles for summer evenings by the lake. This wine has a suprisingly silky texture alongside the bubbles. The wine finishes long. The low acidity also makes it easy to drink.
