November 26, 2019 - Just in time I think, fading rim and aromas of dark cherries and some spice but beginning to drift away in the glass with time, well integrated as it should be by now and still some freshness, drinking well a good bottle but I think I have left it a bit to long.

July 12, 2014 - This is a clean red wine, deep purple color, it shows a strong presence on silky dropping legs.
The nose is clean, with a medium plus aroma intensity full of black fruits like fully ripen black cherries and blackcurrant, sweet spices like vanilla it follows coffee and cacao notes, charred wood like and savory aspects with final earthy, stony, smoky aromas.
This wine is still developing in aromas.
The palate is dry, with a lively acidity mounting to medium plus, medium soft and supple tannins, medium minus warm alcohol and medium body, medium plus flavour intensity where the fully ripen black fruits and the vanilla, oaky and smoky aromas are perfectly integrated.
    The finish is still medium.
It can be drink now however suitable for cellaring from 3 to 5 years.
This wine is very good, enjoys a fantastic refreshing character, followed by a supple and smooth tannis and perfectly integrated alcohol, however the complexity of this wine is remarkable, the flavours faints so quickly resulting a little hollow once the finish is kind of short compared to the rest of the wine.
The wine shows a perfect grape character, it shows the origin of its land and represent, the Graciano grape, the backbone of the typical Rioja blend along with Tempranillo.
