February 15, 2022 - Wow! so much nicer than the last two bottles. Vanilla, tobacco, blackberries and black pepper on the nose. Smooth and good tannin structure. long aftertaste and so great with Wagyu steak.

November 24, 2020 - improved a lot since last time I consumed one. Or maybe it was the ribs that improved it. :-) Anyhow, a really nice Shiraz.

June 23, 2018 - Some toasted oak on the nose. Medium to full bodied, supple with smooth tannins, showing subtle toasted oak and discreet dark fruit with a floral aspect. Overall very balanced and quaffable.
