December 22, 2016 - Beautiful aromatics on the nose with hints of rose petals, white peach, and a hint of pineapple. This wine is 90% chard and 10% pinot blanc. The acidity is perfectly balanced when served a bit above 50F, too cold and the acidity overwhelms the complexity of this wine. The body is medium and the mouth feel fresh and satisfying. A great wine on its own or paired with food.
