April 7, 2024 - Still drinking well... I would not however, hold any remaining bottles for many more years.

October 17, 2023 - My final bottle of this vintage. Decanted of the moderate sediment in bottle.
39% Syrah, 38% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 3% Tannat aged 24 months in 76% New French oak.
This wine is deep ruby and opaque in the glass.
On the nose this wine expresses scents blueberry compote, black mulberry, Luxardo cherries, new leather, luxury chocolate, Spanish coffee, the world's finest vanilla bean, baking spice, and hints of black olive, exotic spice, roasted pistachio, bruised mint and blood orange oil with subtle floral nuances.
On the palate this wine is full and deep with mouth filling creamy textures. Acidity remains structured and above moderate. Tannins are round and enjoyable. The ABV is high but not clunky. Dense on the palate with flavors that match the nose: Black and blue fruit, brandied cherry, leather, spice, vanilla, chocolate, orange oil, bruised mint and Spanish coffee. The finish lingers with a touch of meatiness.
Still drinking very well. -

November 23, 2022 - Still drinking very well but have not noticed much of an improvement over the years. These are probably best to drink younger than wait around for 8 years or so, in my opinion. Still very solid wine but was looking for improvement with time and just not seeing it.
