  December 30, 2017 - Really brilliant, well-grown, well-blended. Pours a medium straw color with tiny bubbles, little mousse, but it's very clear and bright. The aromas are more of place and grape than style - citrus, seashell, white fruits, soil, etc. There are no bread aromas or flavors here, which is good, because it would detract from the linen-like, clean, bright nature of this very pretty wine. Has to be one of the best sparkling values on the planet. Will certainly be buying some more; I love the balanced and crisp nature of this. 12,0% abv., drink now thru 2021. recommended+

  August 10, 2017 - more refined and a notch above general cava brands like Segura Viudas and Freixenet, and true to style stony palate. But hoped for more depth and energy for the price
