Community Tasting Notes 1

August 2, 2006 - Cloudy with a fair amount of sediment. The wine is pale gold in color. Nose is rustic with wood, lots of deep honey and lemon confit notes. Light and soft in the mouth with a touch of acidity on the finishalon flavors mingle with honey and dusty attic like aromas. I won't say this wine is dead, but it's on it's way out. Not enough acidity to make it a wine worth seeking out. 2.5/5
