December 14, 2017 - I really like Auchentoshan - might be my favorite distillery, but this Old Particular version is a bit awkward compared to the regular bottlings; I prefer the regular bottlings.

January 31, 2017 - I really like this distillery, having had the Cadenhead '15 and regular 18 bottling before. This '18 has a more edgy high note compared to the regular '18 but is way cheaper. It really has the Auchentoshan character though - rambunctious, meaty and nutty - facinating really.
