March 21, 2022 - Opened not decanted and served chilled. Lemon and lemon curd on the nose. Yellow gold in color. Sour attack with deep and dark layers of lemon and lemon zest. Medium weight in body. Ends with long finish with shades of black citrus. Good to Very Good.

June 17, 2021 - Best bottle yet. Multi-citrus flavors, nuts, minerals, and something green/vegetal (but not in a bad way). Good by itself, but even better with food (just about any food).

April 9, 2021 - Nose lemon and deep minerals. Seawater. Oyster shells. Iodine. Palate richer than nose would suggest. Textilurally dense. Intense acid and mineral. Lees hints rounds thinks out along with rich lemon notes, almost curd. Very long finish. Bridges old and new approaches in Chablis without screwing it up with oak or excess ml.

March 27, 2021 - Served chilled. Lemon lime attack with a little bashfulness. Light to medium weight in body. Crisp acidity. Ends with a somewhat short and narrow semi dry finish. Good.
