February 26, 2012 - Possibly even better than the last time - gave it plenty of breathing time and decanted before drinking. Similar tasting notes. Shame that's my last bottle.

September 17, 2011 - Reddish brown, fading a bit at the edge. Blackcurrent, fig, pepper, mushrooms, truffle, earthy tones on the nose. Well integrated tannins, medium length finish. Time to drink up. Made a perfect pairing with roast grouse.
