September 8, 2018 - Knightsbridge Cabernet Tasting (Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe): Retailer tasting. Tight; dark berry fruit, violet, blackberry and cocoa nib with a cedary undertone. Nice fine-grained tannins, along with flavors of cassis and black fruit with a spicy finish. Balanced. 92-93+

November 7, 2017 - I almost always try a bottle of new cellar additions pretty soon after the wine is delivered to put down a kind of a base line for the cellaring process. I’m sure glad that I decided to open the 2014 Coach Insignia now - it is delicious. Cellaring will clearly provide some improvement but I don’t think that drinking this wine early will disappoint. I continue to find more and more to like about Fisher wines.
