  December 23, 2023 - Colour: Dark purple
  Nose: Red brambly fruit, earth, eucalyptus
  Palette: Red brambly fruit, some bitter greenish tannin, cola, cranberry.
  
  Long but not very pleasany finish with high acid and alcohol heat.
  
  Didn't like it much and that is a first for any Clarendon Hills wine I've consumed.

  July 2, 2018 - Purple and opaque. Less heat then I remember and a more fruit forward nose. Muddled red fruit and sage with a touch of eucalyptus palate. Enveloping red fruit with the texture of rhubarb pie (that’s a compliment). Lingering red fruit finish. This wine is getting better. 5+12+16+8=91

  November 16, 2016 - This wine needs some time as the 14.8% alcohol shows through. Crimson-purple and opaque with long legs and a glass staining viscosity. The nose is rich with significant heat, red fruit, stemy notes and a touch of eucalyptus. The mouth feel is significant, with suprisingly soft tannins, bright red tannins and a stewy strawberry, red apple and cranberry finish. Lots going on. Feels like the wine needs time to chill out. 5+12+16+8=91

  September 9, 2016 - Drank this on 9th sept 2016 it needs more time very sulphuric high alcohol content should drink in next 3 years after an hour it showed a lot of fruit the alcohol was still there
