  July 1, 2022 - PnP did not allow it to show as well as it might have. It opened up nicely over the course of dinner. Once it opened up there were very nice flavors of dark fruits and some spice.

  November 27, 2021 - Starting to brown a bit at the edge. Less tart than last time, and more herbal. Very long and satisfying finish. Happy to have 1 more.

  November 23, 2021 - Consistent with prior note. Purchased from PA state store--has been in distribution for a couple of years. Nicely resolved, likely at or near peak, savory with dark fruit, herbs and dark chocolate. Heat peeks through a bit. Nice delicious factor.
