February 16, 2010 - Bang! This was dead-on with butter lurking behind a nice mineral and citrus. Nice maturing notes, but not sherry or oxidation-like. Nice persistence and apricot-like notes on the finish. Good depth and well-rounded. Really did well with shrimp/peas in a BBQ-spiced garlic cream.
