med+ aromas intensity of dark plums, black cherries, violets, blueberries, licorice, mint, eucalyptus, cedar, tobacco leaves, cigarette box, leather, fresh wood - oak vanilla, dusty-earthy.

dry, high acidity, med soft silky tannins, med abv, med+ body, med+ flavours intensity of same as the above-mentioned aromas. long finish.
can drink now - suitable for further ageing.

May 24, 2018 - I’ve said it before: The Mediterra is the best Tuscan red for under 15€ that you will find. Ridiculously complex for an entry-level wine and a showcase for the tremendous quality of Poggio al Tesoro kn general. Notes of pepper, cassis, some liquorice. Plus rosemary, thyme and a wonderful balancing freshness. Buy by the case.
