April 7, 2024 - LPM is right above the legendary Richbourg and next to Cros Parantoux and la Romanee.
The wine seemed to be very closed even after 2hours, a lot of character on the nose, floral, juicy mixed with a lot of berries but it was very soft on the palate. However, the wine kept evolving and turned into a little giant after 4 hours. The structure was well balanced with a good mixed of fav and a lovely very long sour plummy chocolate oak finishing. -

March 19, 2018 - At an Arlaud dinner with Cyprien and Sam of Flint, WOTN, attractive plum, spice and meat, nice balance, minerality and grip, nowhere near ready of course! F (17.5).

April 30, 2017 - Nose of dark fruit, morello cherry, a bit of sweet spices. Very soft and drinkable, like so many of this soft, succulent vintage. Lacks a bit of energy though. 89-90
