February 10, 2024 - Slightly aged tones in the glass. Palate rather quiet, nicely integrated tannins. Pairs very well with Spaghetti Bolognese! Not too much left after dinner. Let's check again tomorrow.
Second day, 02/11/2024: Very round, almost sweet in the nose. Palate with string tannins at the beginning (cold) - they become much more mellow when the wine warms up. -

April 5, 2019 - Med purple in color. Notes of cherry, tobacco and dark chocolate on nose and palate. Dry, med body, med acidity, smooth tannins. Overall a great Chianti for the price.

February 23, 2019 - Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 5% and Canaiolo 5%
Medium to full body, deep ruby color. Intense ripe fruits aroma complements by tobacco, flowers and herbal notes. Dominant black cherry and currants palate with velvety finish. Elegant and light drinking but complex and well balanced, nice acidity and silky tannins. Food friendly, best match is ravioli with truffle sauce. Serve 18º - 22º. Open about one hours ahead.
