March 20, 2020 - PnP. Beautiful yellow color. Wonderful complex mature classic Meursault bouquet, nutty, buttery, vanilla, heavy ripe yellow fruits. Harmonious palate, fine acidity, in total balance, long lingering finish. Drink now-onwards. Bravo!

September 8, 2019 - Ex-domaine purchase in 2018. Newer cork. Decanted into a tall/narrow decanter and consumed over two hours. No oxidation. Gorgeous nose of Werther’s and Rainbow Skittles (kind of a tangy tropical/citrus candy). Same flavors. Full bodied. Moderate+ complexity that ended shorter than expected, but then comes back for a light lingering long finish. A bit tired and lacking the freshness or acidity I experienced in another bottle. Overall, very enjoyable.

February 18, 2019 - CNY wine dinner at Crab At Bay. Tasted blind. Drank over 1.5 hours.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, gold colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, NO PREMOX YAY!, medium+ intensity, with aromas of stony minerality, salted caramel, some brine, citrus lemon. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet salted caramel, sweet toffee nut, integrated nutty creamy oak, stony minerality, ripe citrus lemon, ripe peaches. More honeyed nuttiness with more air. Long finish.
Very very good quality. High performing aged white burg. Very integrated flowing seamlessly on the palate. Time to drink up and enjoy!

February 18, 2019 - Pleasantly surprised by this mersault from francois gaunoux!! Lovely pale gold coloured. On the nose, beautiful aromas of honey, apricots and caramelized toffee. On the palate, good minerality with a strong acid spine to support it. Lemons peels, apricot, peach flavour stands out with a buttery mouth feel on the back palate. Long finish. Absolutely delightful!!

November 13, 2018 - Purchased/consumed at the Domaine’s tasting room. Popped and poured. Light gold in color. Consumed over two hours. Gorgeous nose. Medium body. Flavors of honey, wax, and butterscotch. Absolutely gorgeous wine that opened up with air and revealed quite a bit of acidity. Still youthful. No premox, which I experienced in the 1998.
