January 22, 2017 - Marché aux Vins d'Ampuis 2017; 1/20/2017-1/22/2017 (Ampuis): Couleur : robe pourpre sombre.
Nez : un peu de volatile (moins que sur le St Jo VV 09), mûres compotés, graphite, mentholée.
Bouche : Entrée souple. Le milieu de bouche présente un corps plutôt ample, mais malgré cette masse tannique imposante, la trame est déjà assez élégante. L’expression aromatique s’exprime sur un beau fruit (mûre, framboise noire) qui évolue progressivement vers un fruit plus sombre (cassis) et des épices en seconde partie de bouche.
Finale de longueur normale.
