July 20, 2016 - Visite au Domaine Christian Moreau Père & Fils (Chablis): Du fait d'une production très limitée, sa vinification et son élevage sont réalisées 100% en fûts (90% fût de 2-3 vins, 10% fût neuf et d'un vin).
Parcelle de dix ares exposée est, qui donne donc un vin moins puissant.
Nez de fleur blanche, de poire. Belle bouche dense et élégante, en finesse, avec une certaine opulence, sur le fruit, pas très minéral ni tendu, c'est très accessible. 90-91 pts
