May 21, 2024 - In Magnum.
Iodized and lemony nose.
Mouth with a glycerin texture. Aromas of green apple followed by a strong minerality but which struggles to express itself fully. On restraint, still very straight but with a nice balance. Good iodized finish.

November 13, 2021 - Popped and poured. Lemon, broth and iodine on the nose. The palate is a little flat, light weight with some citrus rind infused texture but ultimately lacking acidity and energy.
