August 29, 2023 - 拥有相当好的香气表达，黑莓、黑樱桃，胡椒、甘草、丁香和潮湿灌木的植物性气息，完整、丰富有层次。相比之下，入口集中度低了一些，虽然有不错的酸度和平衡的结构，但质地稍显单薄，没能把呈现在外的香气内容梳理清晰，略显可惜。

100% grenache fermentert med hele bær i både stål og eik fra Loire. Ligget på bunnfall i 3 år, og hva finner vi da?
Spicy varme grenache-toner og frisk rød frukt som jordbær, plummer og streif av kirsebær, søt lakris og sort pepper. Vinen er lettbeint og elegant med medium syre men med meget bra konsentrasjon og medium fylde.
-13 er vel ingen stor årgang for CndP, men dette er fin og velbalansert, lettdrikkelig vin! Skulle gjerne smakt den i enda bedre årganger!
På menyen stod lammecarré med rødvinsaus, syltet rødløk, rødbeter og rotgrønnsaker. Det matchet godt, etter sigende.1 person found this helpful Comment -
