Cow Town Does not like this wine: 87 points
April 22, 2023 - Really disappointing. Nose was nice, color was dark (no effect of age). But, the finish was short, and a little hot. Flavors seemed a bit overdone, but ultimately not interesting. Tasted over four hours..

December 31, 2022 - Very nice floral bouquet. Dark tart black fruit. Grippy tannins and dark black fruit. Blackberry and cassis with mineral driven highlights. Good acidity. Medium+ finish.

June 3, 2018 - First day after 2 hr decant, I agreed with Vinous to a degree; it tasted like a good Paso cab and would have rated 88. Drank some day two, and on day 3, it was creamy and more balanced. I’m not one to judge how long a closed wine needs to open up, it’s easier to know how long an open knit wine has before it dies, but I think this one just needs another 5 or so years to come together, open up, and show better. Either that or serially open and vac seal for days on end to emulate …
