March 20, 2021 - A nice Chablis, drank a bit too young perhaps. Great chalky minerality, malolactic fermentation gives it a bit of a bright yoghurt lift rather than full on butter in my opinion. Very dry. Can age to bring out more flavor and soften the wine a bit.
