May 14, 2020 - Brett funk that eventually blows off. Tons of acid--an out of balance amount to the tannin--but doubt this would improve with age? Too much evidence that Heart of the Hill Vineyard still wants to maximize yield in some other fruit than grapes (this area used to grow other fruit) that doesn't require dropping of fruit and pruning--as it's thin with no midpalate. The acid burn makes the finish seem longer than it is in reality.
