February 20, 2022 - I think this one is fading. The oakiness showed through the fruit and I thought it might be a little oxidized (the color was deeper and it had a bit of that quality, but the others drinking it with me said no.
Think it's time to finish these off before they get worse.

December 1, 2019 - Almost creamy - perhaps the most overtly oaky of the hansel’s I’ve had, but not out of balance. Still a fantastic QPR.
