April 26, 2024 - Purchased at Maison Chapoutier in Tain-l'Hermitage. At the time, it was only available in France and a few other countries (not the U.S.). Still kicking after almost a decade but I wouldn't hold on to it much longer. Lovely gold hue, delicate aromas of flowers and honey, though a not very persistent finish.

May 2, 2019 - Tasted @ M Chapoutier Park90 event: Lavender, flowers, sea salt aroma. Tasted lemons, sea salt, slight lavender with lemon skin bitter and mineral finish. Fresh with slight edges. Menthol aftertaste but not long. This is direct drinking. Ok to drink now.
