September 7, 2012 - Remoissenet Clos Vougeot Vertical (Beaune): Tasted at Remoissenet Cellars, Beaune.
An astonishing bottle, immense depth of colour with a nose that is so pure and so perfect. This is amongst the greatest Burgundies I have ever tasted, unbelievely youthful and completely knit together. So long and such a privilige to drink this. -

March 23, 2011 - this wine was amazing but paled in comparison to the 59 camille and 73 dom. so sadly there are no formal notes. however i do remember that this bottle also gained steam over the course of five hours.
