September 1, 2016 - Cítrico, con buena frescura, 13.5%. Un punto interesante de mineralidad aunque un pelín austero, ganará con algo de tiempo en botella, tiene que ir sacando más complejidad.
En todo caso se bebe bien, y está muy equilibrado. Funcionando bien con unos chanquetes con huevo.
