  June 26, 2021 - Encore une fois superbe..un gros merci à Nathalie
  de la SAQ de Granby qui m`avait permis d`en acheter
  sur le rabais du directeur...à -25%, la pillule
  était plus facile à avaler!
  Fait de 90% Carmenere, 7% Petit Verdot et 3% Syrah, il
  a passé 22 mois en fut de chêne Français dont 60% neuf.
  C`est souple et soyeux, il y a un peu d`acidité
  pour couper dans cette matière dense.
  Des prunes et des mures avec pas mal d`épices.
  Du poivre et de l`anis surtout. Il y aussi du cuir et
  du graphite avec un boisé bien présent mais
  civilisé. Les tannins sont soyeux et bien enrobés.
  La finale est éternelle et tout en souplesse.
  Résolument moderne mais super délicieux, bien fait et bien complexe.
  Il perdra un peu de ce côté moderne avec le temps.

  August 14, 2020 - Started with a very earthy taste then becomes deep cherry. Amazing flavour and an enjoyable wine.

  November 11, 2019 - beautiful nose with jam packed black fruit on the palate - got better and smoother after some time in the glass
