August 21, 2021 - Not quite so fine as last bottle, this being a bit more acidic and not as nuanced. Good. Crisp, citrus, lemon.

April 3, 2021 - Very particular flavor, saline on the tongue. It took me a little while to come around to it. A bottle was accidentally left in the fridge for a week and a half, and was just fine at the end. Can’t complain about that!
