March 5, 2021 - 30 minutes upon opening into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Leaf” day): Luxurious bouquet of darker red and black berry fruits. Whole bunch influence. Flora and fleshy root and woody notes.
Smoothest textured tannins out of 4 bottles tasted so far.
This still has a lot of offer in the next round in my view. Reminds me of Nathalie Vigot’s Petits Monts 2015 tasted from memory.
94 points solid for me.
Second round: extra lift on nose as consistent in the first round, very good mid palate concentration here. Good texture and can still aged for 5-10 years easy.
