  December 8, 2022 - Retasted against the Jesuitengarten as I did on 7/13/21 but wrote a note only for that and not this!
  In sum, the Jesuits got it right. As detailed in the note of today, there is more elegance, roundness, structure and acidity than this wine. The colour is also brighter. As the evening lengthens, this gains weight while the Jesuitengarten becomes tauter. A Margaux to the Ungeheuer's St Estèphe.

  June 11, 2022 - Komplex, Steinobst, feine Säure. Harz am Gaumen etwas zu dominant, sonst ausgezeichnet.

  May 27, 2022 - 5 years since the previous bottle. The wine has not improved from storage, although it is still a good wine. Amber and clear in color. Ripe nose of yellow fruit, some oil, and butter. Flavors are set and fully developed. Ripe fruit, rubber, and a rocky minerality. Drink now.

  February 24, 2022 - Retasted after my detailed note of 7/9/21.
  
  Main update is the good varietal evolution on the nose. V ripe fruit that comes through after the musky start.
  On the palate, also more fruit even if this seems a more mature bottle.
  Overall, still enjoyable although suggesting hints of tiredness.
