March 14, 2020 - Color - Deep Garnet with a hint of ruby on the edges.
Nose - Cherries, Berries, not real big, subtle.
Palate - Dry, Dusty Cedar and earthy which overpowers the light fruit. Tannic late in finish, Old World Style. 24 hours later the harsh dusty cedar and earthiness has dissipated yielding a more fruit forward palate improving the drinkability of the wine. -

January 27, 2019 - Big, lots of fruit and tanins and very enjoyable. Decanting would have been a good idea. I’ll come back for my second and last bottle in five years (maybe)
