August 22, 2023 - Very different from my last bottle. Delicious and plenty of life left.

May 29, 2023 - Still good. In fact, better than ever.

February 9, 2023 - Still very dark colored. Red and black berries with some plum notes. Nice balance between acidity and silky tannins. Oak is noticeable but nicely integrated. Drinking beautifully now. I don't know that it will get any better with further age but it seems like it has the structure to last several more years.

April 1, 2022 - Bottle opened two hours before lunch. Last third decanted because grained sediments. Pristine cork. Still a dark colour. Initially on the nose showed pretty closed. Aromas emerging as notes of gooseberries, marzipan, stew, leather, blonde tobacco, coffee bean, oriental spices or that grass around the swimming pool. Elegant complexity, rustic no more what is very usual for well-aged wines from Toro.
On the palate this wine performed like a younger one. Plenty of acidity, medium-bodied, warmly alcoholic, savoury and quite long. More on the RdD side this time. The power of vintage blended with terroir and winemaker's hand. Definitely recommend.

March 28, 2021 - Dark fruit (blueberry, slight plum, slight cassis), vanilla, spice, good acidity. Maybe a very slight heaviness. Lingering finish. Better with a couple hours of air.
