September 18, 2023 - Six Singing Bottles (Our Los Olivos Home): At peak, and so much better than my last bottle, which was lovely but less developed. This was bright and vibrant, with a gluttonously glycerined texture and a palate expressing warm honeysuckle and tropical notes along with some ginger and lemon. Expansive and mouth filling, but with the right amount of acid to keep it in balance. To some, the Semillon component seemed more dominant based on the texture.

August 6, 2023 - Served double blind, except we knew it was a Bordeaux Blanc. Immediately compelling stuff, much more on the gooseberry-driven/ Sauvignon-Blanc end of the spectrum with notes of fresh fennel, kaffir lime, and musk melon. Yet for all its feral energy, this is still regal and balanced, clearly a great wine (I guessed Pavillon Blanc de Chateau Margaux). Young but oh so tasty already. 94-95 pts.

May 27, 2023 - Mid weight, mixture of lemon and grassy notes, slightly honeyed. Delicious. Moderate plus acidity. There are creamy notes here, no obvious oak. Long finish, showing some complexity. Drink now, still quite primary and fresh, suspect this will dissipate over the coming years.

July 31, 2022 - This is very good, though the previous bottle I tried was showing notes of caramel - this bottle was still pure primary. Subtle but rich lemon and honey, hints of oak. Medium finish and straight forward. Great balance of fruit and acidity. Drink now, no need to wait unless you prefer caramel notes.
