August 29, 2022 - Pale frosty yellow. Complex nose including notes of lemon grass, lychee, and turmeric. Deeply charged fig fruit on the palate with electric acid drive, very precise cut, warming on the long winding finish threaded with flavors of citrus rind. Utterly delicious and beginning to reveal the transformations and complexities of age. [Hmm, looks like I went seriously overboard on this wine compared to others. Sue me.]

March 2, 2022 - Green plum, valve oil, bruised peach, crushed slate, flinty, and beautiful nose. Petrichor. The profile is growing and interesting with well integrated layers of flavors and notes. Savory and fruity together. Delicious.
