July 20, 2016 - Dark berry colours, aromas, and palate. Smooth tannins and ripe flavours. Short finish and little complexity after the initial fruit 'hit', but pleasant enough drinking.

May 4, 2016 - Found this at 50% off at a local wine store. Took a chance. Clearly on it's way down the back side of the hill, but still a good drink at $24. Fruit forward - stewed black fruits, licorice, perhaps some meat. Falls off quickly with no tannins. Might go back for the last couple. If scoring 89-91.

May 7, 2012 - Dark and moody without being unbalanced. Deep, deep color. Stewed plums on the nose. Powerful and rich flavors of dark fruit and some baking spice. Nice effort.

January 7, 2012 - dark, brooding, lots of fruit. A little off balance and a touch on the bitter side

April 22, 2011 - I thought the years would have put a dent in this one, but it's still pretty stout. Deep, dark purple color. Sweet plums on the nose. Full bodied, with big blue fruits, some spice and cigar box on the palate. It's not subtle. I'm a fan of the Two Hands line, but this one is just a little too over the top, fruit-wise, for my taste. Still, they have a plan here and it's not a bad wine by any stretch.
