August 9, 2022 - Medium-low intensity nose of lemon and herbs. Round, juicy stone fruit mouthfeel, with lemons, slightly underripe pineapple, and green herbs. Round, juicy mouthfeel. Lasting acidity. Yummy.

May 1, 2022 - 5 years since my last bottle and things have really settled in nicely since then. Somewhat atypical, perhaps because it is a 2015, this has an exotic tint but still yields a wonderful and complex frame. Acidity is not tasted but its presence is there, keeping things fresh and spry. At peak, no need to age further.

September 17, 2020 - 1st of 4 bottles. Enjoyed over 2 nights with dinner. This wine showed a bit more of the ripe side of SB, quite tasty, but lush and less incisive on the finish. A bit too much honey and not enough grapefruit bite, but that is mostly personal preference. Drink now through 2025 or so.
