Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Angel Lupercio Likes this wine: 93 points

October 21, 2021 - This wine is a pale ruby in color. The nose is of a medium intensity and is composed of petrol, brown mushroom, compost, crushed black cherries, rose pedals, coffee grounds, ripe raspberries, toffee, and cedar. The palate is consistent with the nose. This wine is developing. This is a dry wine, with high acidity, alcohol is med+, tannins are med, finish is med, and the body is med. This wine should be drunk now, now. It will continue to develop, but the fruit is fading.
