March 25, 2024 - Not sure I had the right note with the right wine on the previous bottle; this led with apricot before diving into a lower-noted, stone and mineral core and then finishing on balanced sweetness and acidity.

March 27, 2021 - 9.5% abv. Light straw gold. Great nose, zesty, flinty, acidic, grassy, off dry sweet finish. This can be enjoyed now and should cellar well for at least 10 years.
