Community Tasting Notes 3

July 3, 2022 - One of the enjoyable Petite Sirah wines that I have had; not overblown.
Made for an excellent hamburger wine tonight. Could probably have aged another 2-3 years.

December 14, 2018 - Immediately drank upon opening. Over 30 minutes the wine remained closed. Inky in color and taste with heavy body. 88-89, but will revise when I revisit bottle in 1-2 days.

April 7, 2018 - Blood red color, great legs, fruit forward but not jammy. complex dark fruits, light tannins and a soft finish. Perfect drinking after dinner.
